These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services offered by Rank-Brew Balaji Infotech OPC Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By engaging our services or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms.

All services are delivered based on agreed proposals, quotations, or contracts.
All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No refund shall be made after 3 days from the date of contract signing or project initiation, whichever occurs earlier.
In case of project termination by the client, no refund will be provided for the remaining duration of the service.
Refunds, if applicable, shall be limited only to services not initiated or explicitly documented as undelivered within the initial 3 days.
Our total liability, if any, for claims arising from the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific month in which the complaint is raised.
Rank-Brew Balaji OPC Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business, revenue, or reputation.
Clients acknowledge that digital marketing outcomes such as rankings, traffic, and conversions depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
The client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution.
The client must ensure they have the necessary rights for all content, materials, and brand assets provided to us.
Delays in feedback, approvals, or payment may extend project timelines.
All content, strategies, reports, and deliverables created by Rank-Brew remain the company’s property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client receives non-exclusive rights to use the deliverables for their business purpose.
Rank-Brew retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Either party may terminate the agreement by written notice. However, all payments made are non-refundable beyond the initial 3-day period, and the client remains liable for dues up to the date of termination.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana – 121001, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
Rank-Brew shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, server downtime, or government restrictions.
